Here are a few things to try if you are having problems with your system, and common solutions:
The A.MEM button doesn’t change to Android/Bluetooth audio
The most common reason for this is that there is no media in the drive. You must have a CD/Cassette or MiniDisc in the player and have it playing. Then when you hear the sound, press A.MEM to switch to the Android audio. Press A.MEM again to revert back to the original audio.
The next thing to check is the audio connection between the Odroid and the back of the radio unit, in case the cable is not connected securely.
If this still doesn’t work, occasionally after the first time the unit is installed and powered up, the internal CPU needs to reset before switching will work correctly. Please disconnect the car battery for around 15 seconds then reconnect, then try again.
Poor GPS reception, sometimes takes a long time to get a position lock and drops out frequently
USB 3.0 hubs are known to cause interference with GPS (and Wifi) signals. If you have a USB 3.0 hub make sure it is connected to the Odroid via a USB 2.0 cable which will force the hub into 2.0 mode and eliminate this problem. All cables supplied with the JagDroid systems are 2.0 cables, but if you have added an additional hub or replaced the USB cable, you will need to check this.
Poor Wifi signal and/or drops out frequently

Odroid doesn’t power off after 10 minutes
Occasionally after the first time the unit is installed and powered up, the internal CPU needs to reset before the auto-shutdown will work correctly. If you find that the system doesn’t shut down the Odroid after 10 minutes please disconnect the car battery for around 15 seconds then reconnect.
I can’t find certain apps in the Google Play store
Please try an Odroid software upgrade: Go to the ‘Odroid Settings’ app, and choose Update. Follow the update process and check the Google Play store again.
On-screen keyboard doesn’t pop-up when in a text box
To switch the on-screen keyboard back on go to the Settings app, go to System, Languages and Input, Physical keyboard, and check that ‘Use on-screen keyboard’ is enabled like this:
